Smooth Security Guard Transition Process

The purpose of our Security Guard transition process is to outline how MSS will manage the efficient and effective mobilization of a contract. It covers the methodical demobilization of the current contract and/or the exit of the outgoing security provider. Our transition plans are tailored to our Client’s specific needs.

The objectives of our transition plan are to:

Ensure the continuation of the security guard services
Minimize the impact on the Client, incumbent Security Guards and/or stakeholders
Schedule or complete the transfer and/or return of records, information, equipment and/or assets; and
Establish the relationships, systems and procedures that will be used for the ongoing management of the new contract.

MSS partners and communicates with the Client to ensure that they are fully apprised and involved in the transition process by holding weekly Transition Team Meetings, status meetings and progress reports. We work cooperatively with incumbent security providers to ensure a seamless transfer of security guards, equipment, records and assets.
